- Cooked long grain rice – 3 cups
- Butter – 2 tbsps
- Onion – 1/2 cup, finely chopped
- Ginger – 2 tsp, chopped

- Capsicum – 1/4 cup, chopped
- Tomato – 1/2 cup, chopped
- Green Peas – 1/4 cup
- Carrots – 1/4 cup, chopped
- Beans – 1/4 cup, chopped
Spices:
- Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
- Pav bhaji masala – 2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
- Salt, as per taste
For Garnish:
- Lemon Juice – 2 tsp
- Fresh Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
