Ingredients:

  • Water – 1 1⁄2 cups
  • Nutmeg – 1 pinch, ground (remove the seed from the shell and then coarsely grind)
  • Ginger – 1⁄2 cm crushed
  • Tea leaves – 3/4 tsp
  • Sugar – as per taste (optional)
  • Fresh milk – 2 tbsp (optional)

Preparation:

  1. Boil water with nutmeg powder and ginger piece for a good 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add tea leaves, turn off the heat and let the same stand for a minute or so.
  3. Add sweetener of your choice.
    ** You can add a dash of milk if you want. Enjoy!
