• Fresh Milk -1 cup
  • Cinnamon bark – 2 pieces (small)
  • Granulated sugar – to taste


For Garnish:

  • Ground Cinnamon (Grind the bark to a fine powder)


  1. Heat the milk & cinnamon bark in a small saucepan.
  2. Remove the cinnamon bark & any skin that has formed on the surface of the milk. Stir in sugar to taste.
  3. If desired, use a whisk to lightly froth the surface of the milk, by quickly pivoting the whisk handle between your palms.
  4. Pour the milk into a cup or mug & garnish with the froth & a little ground cinnamon. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
