• Lemon juice – 15 ml
  • Cardamom syrup (heat cardamom and water with sugar until fully
  • dissolved) – 2 tsp
  • Fresh mint leaves – 7-8
  • Sparkling Water


  1. Pour the syrup and juice into a tall glass. Add the mint and muddle it slightly using the back of a spoon.
  2. Fill up with ice, top with sparkling water and stir well to combine.
  3. Garnish with additional mint leaves and serve immediately.
